Farming Guide
- Load up moon patrol
- Get on your sparrow, go through the usual helium locations on the left, don't need to search too thoroughly as most of them won't have spawned yet.
- Now go through all the helium locations on the right side of archer's line, most of the chests/random drops will have spawned.
- Return to the left side, most of the chests/random drops will have spawned.
- Can recheck the right side, but usually by this point, the helium will be back to its slow spawn rate. Go to orbit and repeat
Doing this, I averaged probably 16 helium (one upgrade) per run (assuming you know almost all of the possible helium/chest locations), and it takes less than 5 minutes (pretty sure I was running it at closer to 3-4 minutes per run.)
Try to go to a fresh or semi-fresh world with few guardians running around. Other players not only farm your chests but also dramatically reduce the rate of respawning of the mats.| Planetary Materials | ||||
