IKELOS Fusion Core is a relic obtained after completing Shadow Call on Earth. It is part of the quest chain that unlocks Sleeper Simulant.

Players need to obtain 5 modules:

• Heavy Power Coupling - Dismantle any legendary or higher Heavy Weapon.
• Ionized Shell Harmonics - Complete the Archives mission on Venus on any difficulty.
• WARSAT//MK19/TERRA/RSPN - Complete a 'Defend the Warsat' public event on Earth.
• WARSAT//MK19/LUNA/RSPN - Complete a 'Defend the Warsat' public event on the Moon.
• WARSAT//MK19/MARS/CHLM - Complete a 'Defend the Warsat' public event on Mars.

After you obtaining all 5 modules, you get the Reassembled IKELOS Fusion Core.

Players must bring Reassembled IKELOS Fusion Core to the Gunsmith for the next step in the Sleeper Simulant Quest chain (unlocks the Exotic quest The Sleep Stirs on the next day's reset).
