Walkthrough
Objective: Track down Fireteam Tuyet's last stand.
Description: One of our Venus patrols found a memory fragment on the remains of a destroyed Vex. This fragment concerns the final mission of Fireteam Tuyet, lost long ago on Venus' Shattered Coast. Perhaps on of their Ghosts can be recovered.
Step 1
- Obtain a Damaged Ghost from Venus' Shattered Coast by tracking down Fireteam Tuyet's last stand
Step 2
- Kill a Vex Gate Lord in the Story Mission Eye of a Gate Lord with Heroic modifier active to obtain Restored Ghost.
- Bring the ghost to The Speaker to obtain Fusion Rifle Schematics.
- Bring the schematics to the gunsmith to obtain Depleted Exotic Weapon Core.
Step 3
- Dismantle 10 rare or higher rarity Fusion Rifles to obtain Charged Exotic Weapon Core. The Gunsmith sells Rare Fusion Rifles every 3 days at 7PM EST to 10PM EST. (Check at those times everyday to see if he is selling them).
- Bring the charged core to the gunsmith to obtain Unstable Prototype Fusion Rifle Frame.
Step 4
- Kill enemies in a Weekly Nightfall Strike with a Fusion Rifle until the Prototype stabilizes and becomes Stabilized Prototype.
- Bring the stabilized prototype to the gunsmith to finally obtain Pocket Infinity.
You have to kill 200 enemies to charge the prototype. As the number is so high it's easier and quicker to do this solo as you don't want to be messing around with a fusion rifle when doing the Nightfall with a team. If you can use a fusion rifle with the Burn that will do extra damage that week. The quickest Nightfall to do it with is Omnigul since in the first part a large number of Thralls repeatedly line up when they come to attack you and are cannon fodder for a fusion rifle especially if you have armour piercing rounds. Also MurMur is useful as you can switch from Arc to Solar when dealing with the surprisingly deadly solar shielded Shanks and The Arc Shielded Captains.
