- Templar Challenge - Prevent Templar from teleporting throughout the entire encounter.
- Atheon Challenge - Each player must destroy 1 Oracle during the teleport phase.
- Ir Yut Challenge - Kill all adds to make the deathsinger scream in fear, she will spawn Ogres and Knights outside by Crota's spawn. Kill all of those and she will begin singing the liturgy, a Swordbearer will spawn. Kill him and use the Swordbearer's sword to kill Ir Yut to complete the challenge.
- Crota Challenge - A player cannot pick up a sword twice during the encounter. So, no dropping and going invisible.
- Warpriest Challenge - No player may obtain "Aura of the Initiate" more than one time.
- Golgoroth Challenge - All players must hold "Golgoroth's Gaze" once per damage phase.
- Oryx Challenge - Must defeat Oryx in a single detonation. Requires at least 16 Corrupted Light detonations at once.
- Vosik Challenge - Must close both safe rooms using SIVA Bombs each damage phase. This can be accomplished in 2 damage phases, but cannot take more than 3 since all doors will be 'unsafe' at this point.
- Aksis Challenge- Cannot miss a Supercharge or Stun on Aksis during damage phase.
