Vanguard Quartermaster is an NPC in The Tower that sells Vanguard Weapons and Sparrows. Additionally players can exchange materials such as Spinmetal, Relic Iron, Helium Filaments and Spirit Bloom for Vanguard Reputation and Experience Points.
