An Insurmountable Skullfort (Year 1) is a level 20 Exotic Titan Helmet. An Insurmountable Skullfort can be purchased from Xur for 13 Strange Coins, decrypted from Legendary and Exotic Engrams.
Unique Exotic Perk: Improved Transfusion - Kills with Storm Fist immediately trigger health regeneration. You also respawn with full Melee energy.

Tips and Tricks
History
After The Dark Below was released, the helmet's Defense was increased from 311-402 to 407-491 and its Light was increased from 21-30 to 30-42. Players can upgrade old versions of the helmet into the new one by visiting Xur and paying 1 Exotic Shard and some Glimmer.
