Vanguard Marks are one of the currencies of Destiny. They can be obtained through high-level PvE activities and used to purchase Legendary gear. (See below for a full list).
- Players can earn up to 100 Vanguard Marks per week. Resets on Thursday.
Vanguard Marks is replaced by Legendary Marks in Year 2 of Destiny.
How to Obtain
- Obtained from level 20, 22 and 24 Strikes. Level 20 Strikes give 2 Marks per completion, Level 22 Strikes give 3 Marks and Level 24 Strikes give 6.
- Obtained from Heroic Daily Missions and Heroic Weekly Strikes.
Used For
- Used to purchase Legendary weapons and sparrows from Vanguard Quartermaster.
- Used to purchase Legendary Armor from Titan Vanguard, Hunter Vanguard and Warlock Vanguard.
- Exchange 10 Vanguard Marks for 20 Spinmetal or 20 Relic Iron or 20 Helium Filaments or 20 Spirit Bloom at Vanguard Quartermaster.
