Description	Seal this Subclass, locking previous choices.

Illumination is a upgrade that is avaialable to all classes. It unlocks in all the "build", the selected abilities and upgrades for that subclass. By locking in all the upgrades and abilities, the character gets a boost in stats but the player will no longer swap abilities and upgrades on that character.
