Unlock
The Abomination Heist can be accessed from the Director by selecting The Summoning Pits and changing the Difficulty to 320. This will queue the reprised version of the Strike.

Boss
Players will face a fettered Ogre known as a Hive Abomination.
This boss may drop an Exotic Engram if a Three of Coins has been used.
Mechanics
This boss fight is relatively simple in that it features no unique mechanics. Players may damage the boss at any time with any weapon or ability. The arena offers ample cover behind which players can take shelter from the boss' concentrated gaze attack and is constructed in such a way that the boss itself is relatively harmless unless a player leaves cover to engage it. However, a significant number of adds (additional enemies) will appear throughout the fight. These adds will be concentrated around the perimeter of the arena and thus pose a serious threat to players if they are not eliminated quickly.
