How to Obtain
Acquired by	Default Sparrow Horn players obtain during Sparrow Racing League event.

Happy Horn is a Legendary Sparrow Horn acquired during the Sparrow Racing League event. It is the default Horn that all players can obtain.

Unlike other Horns, Happy Horn cannot be dismantled into Horn Relay.
