Chaos Cloak is a level 20 Exotic Hunter Cloak. Chaos Cloak can be obtained by purchasing it from the Future War Cult Vendor if you have sufficient Rank with the Future War Cult. When players are wearing the Chaos Cloak, all of their Vanguard and Crucible reputation points gains become Future War Cult reputation gains.
