Motion Tracker or radar is far more important in the Crucible than in PvE Game Modes. Red dots on the motion tracker indicates enemies. If an dot on the tracker is outlined red but not completely red, the enemy is either above or below the player.
The Motion Tracker's inner circle has a 8 meter radius, the wedges extends to 23 meters. The outer ring adds another 24 meters.
Each enemy player blinks once every 3 seconds. Cloaked players blink once every 5 seconds. Crouching will allow the player to blink less often on the Motion Tracker.
