Black Spindle is a level 30 Exotic Sniper Rifle. To obtain the weapon, players need to trigger a special event during the mission Lost to Light as a Heroic (240 Light). During the mission, when you get to the door to the Ketch, located in the room with the Hive Seeder, same location as The Shadow Thief. If the door is closed, you either didn't get there fast enough or your fireteam has wiped. Once entering the door, players have 10 minutes to clear the Taken in the Ketch to obtain the weapon.

• The Perks are the same as that of the Black Hammer.

• Black Spindle is a Year 2 Exotic Weapon released in The Taken King expansion.

• Infusion - Consume a more powerful Weapon to boost the Attack value of this Weapon.
