Public Events

Public Events are random, group-based events that occur while the players are exploring. Players are awarded with a special item for the First Gold Medal in Public Event of the day. Go to Postmaster to pick it up. When the player is level 18+, she will earn 4 Vanguard Marks for each public event completion with a Gold Rating. 3 for Silver and 2 for Bronze ratings.
