Wrath of the Machine SIVA Charges is a Relic from Wrath of the Machine.

The SIVA Charge in the Wrath of the Machine raid works the same encounter to encounter and the only thing that changes is how you get it or where you use it. It is thrown from the ground or the air with a Reload button. It does an incredible area of affect damage but its use should be limited to its intended mechanics and not to cause damage on trash mobs.
