Public Events are random, group-based events that occur while the players are exploring various locations. Players are awarded with a special item for the First Gold Medal in Public Event of the day. Go to Postmaster to pick it up.

The Plaguelands Public Events

The Archon's Forge - released in Rise of Iron, this public event is dictated by the players.

Dreadnaught Public Events

Court of Oryx - released in The Taken King, this public event is dictated by the players.
