Tips and Tricks
The Saterienne Rapier is debatably the best Scout Rifle in the game If bought from the Crucible Quartermaster. It has high range, allowing for good sniping. Its range can be increased even more with its Hammer Forged Optional Upgrade. It also has quite high stability, allowing for repeated shots at long range. But most of all, it has the Outlaw and Firefly Perks, which allow for near-instant reload upon a precision kill, an cause the enemy to explode upon a precision kill. Individually, these Perks are great. But put them together, and you have a gun whose quality greatly increases upon each precision kill.
