Location:
Patrol The Moon. The Hall of Wisdom is accessible by going straight under the monorail from the start. Go into the broken observatory on the top of the hill. Once in the Hall of Wisdom, turn left once you're at the bottom. Here you will find the Wolf Scavengers.
