Perun's Fire is a level 20 Legendary Fusion Rifle. Perun's Fire can be purchased from Iron Banner Vendor for 11500 Glimmer if the player is either rank 4 with Iron Banner. It is also a possible drop from playing in the Iron Banner.

Reforge Suggestions

Any Damage Type / Red Dot-ORS / Rangefinder / Accelerated Coils / Feeding Frenzy - Nothing too fancy here IMO. Small magazine, so boost your reload with Feeding Frenzy. Extend that range cause you will need it post nerf, and make this guy charge even faster with Accelerated Coils.
