- Infuse is released after The Taken King and only available on Year 2 Legendary and Exotic Weapons and Armor.
Infusion Requirements
The gear used for infusion has to meet certain requirements.
- Unlocked
- Not Equipped
- Same gear slot
- Same Year
- Similar Rarity
How Does Infuse Work?
Infuse increases the light of the item by 80% of the difference between the 2.
For example: increase a 280 weapon with a 290 weapon.
- 290 - 280 = 10
- 80% of 10 = 8
- 280 + 8 = 288 (the resulting light of the weapon)
