Black Hole is a perk for Nightstalker. It upgrades Nightstalker's super Shadowshot.
Tips and Tricks
This is incredibly useful in PvP, as it lasts longer and shuts down supers from a farther distance.
In PvE, it's useful to Tether more enemies (notably the stronger ones) and shut them down further for longer. This is a more defensively used upgrade in PvE.
