Quiver is a perk for Nightstalker. It upgrades Nightstalker's super Shadowshot.
Tips and Tricks
This is the most useful in PvP when you're a lone wolf, as it allows up to 3 insta-kills, as opposed to 1 then the tethered enemies
In PvE this is the most useful against bosses or strong enemies. Since they tend to stick together, this alleviates the need for Blackhole.
