Description | Throw a knife from a distance. |
Throwing Knife is Gunslinger's melee ability. It causes your melee attack to fire a flying knife at the enemy. Throwing Knife will only activate if the target is outside of your melee range. Otherwise you will perform a regular melee attack. Throwing Knife is affect by gravity. When the knife travels long distances, it will fall in a downward arc. Be sure to aim high when attempting to hit an enemy far away.
- Note that the ability goes on cooldown even if you miss your intended target.
Tips and Tricks
- Throwing Knife deals less damage than Titan's Storm Fist and Warlock's Energy Drain.
- Throwing knife might take some practice to land properly especially at medium to long range because it has an arc to its flying path.
- In PvP, you can throw the knife at enemy who charges at you intending a melee attack.
