Vanguard Commendation is a currency from Vanguard faction. Used to earn 250 reputation points with Vanguard, Crucible, New Monarchy, Dead Orbit and Future War Cult factions after the release of House of Wolves.
- Released after The Dark Below expansion.
- Note that Vanguard Commendation is transferable between characters.
Acquired By
- Obtained from Vanguard Reward Packages from Vanguard Reputation rank ups (Rank 3 or higher).
Used For
- Used to purchase Legendary Weapons from Vanguard Quartermaster (1 Commendation per weapons).
- Used to purchase Legendary Helmets and Chest Armor from Titan Vanguard, Warlock Vanguard and Hunter Vanguard (1 commendation per piece).
Above is from before House of Wolves. After HoW, Vanguard Commendation is used to earn 250 reputation points with Vanguard, Crucible, New Monarchy, Dead Orbit and Future War Cult factions.
