Scorch Cannon is a relic from House of Wolves. It can be obtained in Prison of Elders and The Shadow Thief. Players can obtain Scorch Cannon from Variks's Gift after completing a Critical Objective during a PoE round. The boss from The Shadow Thief Strike also drops the weapon.
