The Vendor Upgrades Initiative is an effort started by Warlocktressg whose purpose is to allow wiki users to see which perks weapons and armor have when purchased from their respective vendors. This will allow wiki users to make more educated choices about which weapons they want to buy. The format for showing which perks a weapon has is as follows: simply bold the upgrades that the weapon or armor piece has when bought from a vendor.
