Cloak of Oblivion is a level 20 Exotic Hunter Cloak. Cloak of Oblivion can be obtained by purchasing it from the Dead Orbit Vendor if you have sufficient Rank with the Dead Orbit. When players are wearing the Cloak of Oblivion, all of their Vanguard and Crucible reputation points gains become Dead Orbit reputation gains.
