Monte Carlo is a level ?? Exotic Auto Rifle exclusive to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 players. Monte Carlo can be obtained through high level PvE and PvP activities such as Heroic and Nightfall Strikes, Legendary Engrams and Crucible. The drop chance is random and very low.
