Queen's Wrath is a special event that is available to players from 9/23 - 8/06.
Players can complete Reef Bounties to obtain reputation points with The Queen faction. As you achieve higher ranks with the faction you can purchase unique weapons, shaders, emblems and Class Armor from Queen's Emissary NPC in The Tower.
Players can obtain Legendary Queen's Wrath weapons and armor by completing Queen's Wrath Kill Orders. When you turn in a Reef Bounty, you get an item called Queen's Wrath, one per bounty turn-in. This enables you to start a Queen's Wrath Story Challenge from your list of Dailies/Weeklies at the Set Destination menu. These reward you the legendary items. Not the bounties themselves
