- Start off with anything and everything Amanda is selling.
Most of the Sparrows come from Vehicle Upgrades that Xur sells and then buying the 3 Vanguard or 3 Crucible Sparrows and upgrading them. It's a lot of Strange Coins and Legendary Marks, but it should boost your total quite a bit.
