Minotaurs are hulking Vex units with heavy armor, Void Shield, Torch Hammer and the ability to blink. Its weakspot is its head, until it is destroyed.
Tactics
Minotaurs have Void Shields that are weak to weapons that deal void damage. Its weakspot is its head, until it is destroyed. If the player destroys its head, the Minotaur will charge forward aggressively similar to Goblins. With its head destroyed, a Minotaur will no longer be able to regenerate its Shield. Minotaurs can use short distance teleportations to chase down or escape from enemies. Its explosive Torch Hammer can serve as an additional source of danger.
Players should use Void weapons to destroy its shield then unleash all of your damage at the creature.
Lore
- Main article: Minotaur (Grimoire Card)
Minotaurs pack brutal heat, but most of their processing power is devoted to the physics of building massive Vex complexes, suspected to extend through multiple dimensions. Minotaur models are thicker and harder to crack than any other bipedal Vex, and they use their teleportation capability aggressively.
