Empty Candy Satchel is a item from Festival of the Lost. Players can fill up the Satchel by getting defeating enemies in PvE or PvP to each 150 points while wearing a Mask, then bring it back to Eva Levante to obtain a Gifts of the Lost.
Players can obtain Empty Candy Satchel by completing Festival of the Lost quests: Sweet Memories, Face Off, Playing Pretend and The Masks We Wear.
