NPCs are friendly non-play characters that are found in The Tower and Vestian Outpost. Some NPCs act as Vendors and sell items to the players, while others offer a variety of services such as bounties or item upgrades.
Bounty Tracker - provides players with bounties
Brother Vance - Trials of Osiris NPC found in Vestian Outpost.
Crucible Handler - exchanges Crucible Armor for Crucible Marks
Crucible Quartermaster - exchanges Crucible Weapons and Sparrows for Crucible Marks. Accepts materials for Crucible Marks and Reputation.
Cryptarch - sells and identifies Engrams.
Dead Orbit Vendor - exchanges Dead Orbit Weapons and Armor, Emblems and Shaders for Crucible Marks.
Eris Morn - from the faction Crota's Bane. Assigns special Bounties, sells weapons, armor and other items but requires The Dark Below Expansion.
Future War Cult Vendor - exchanges Future War Cult Weapons and Armor, Emblems and Shaders for Crucible Marks.
Guardian Outfitter - sells Emblems and Shaders for glimmer.
Gunsmith - sells Weapons and Ammo Consumables
