Vestian Outpost is the new social hub area, similar to The Tower, released in the House of Wolves expansion. Located in Asteroid Belt, The Reef, Vestian Outpost has NPCs that serve as quest-givers, vendors and other functions.

Description
Gateway to the Reef, home of the Queen and her Awoken. Entry point for Guardians looking to collect Reef bounties, forge new allegiances and test themselves in the Prison of Elders and Trials of Osiris.
