Players are guaranteed a Ascendant Shard or Ascendant Energy for the first Gold Medal completion of a Public Event each day.
In order to get as many Shards and Energy as quickly as possible, players can repeatedly create a character, do a Public Event, bank the Shard or Energy in The Vault, delete the character then repeat.
After completing the first Story Mission A Guardian Rises, enter the 2nd mission Restoration. Go to The Divide or The Steppes and complete either Destroy Fallen Walker or Defend the Warsat respectively.
- Fallen Walker spawns in The Divide at: X:10-X:15, X:40-X:45. Note that X is the hour, it can be any number. For example X:15 can be 1:15, 2:15, 3:15 etc.
- It will take about 25 - 30 minutes to complete each cycle and obtain 1 guaranteed Shard or Energy and has random chance of obtaining an additional one.
