Decoherent Engrams (Blue Engrams) are Rare Engrams dropped by defeated enemies or purchased from Cryptarch. There are 9 weapon Decoherent Engrams, one for each type of weapon. There are 7 Armor Decoherent Engrams, one for each armor slot and another 3 for the bonds, marks and capes.
Data showed that a Decoherent Engram will yield a rare (blue) quality item about 3/4 or 75% of time. The Engram will yield Uncommon (green) rarity items about 20% of the time. It will yield Legendary (purple) rarity item about 5% of the time.
