Scout Rifle Loader is an armor upgrade that costs 250 Glimmer.

This upgrade is available on a number of armor pieces and on all armor types except for helmets. Some merchants offer armor articles with this particular perk as a default upgrade, such as on Jackknife 2.1, but it can also appear on an item as one of several weapon boost upgrades, appearing as a perk on a randomly dropped or decrypted item.
