Additional Information
This one can be found at the top of Felwinter Peak, the new social. From where you spawn in, to the left there's some rocks you can climb. You need to ascend all the way to the top and the Dormant SIVA Cluster will be at the top. It can be a little tricky to get, I suggest using high Agility to help with some jumps.
