Stoke the Forge is a perk for Sunbreaker. It upgrades Sunbreaker's melee Sunstrike.
The skill "Stoke the Forge" will reduce current melee cooldown by 60%. To find out what your new melee cooldown will be, use the following formula:
New Melee cooldown = (Current Melee cooldown)(0.4)
