Fireborn is a perk of Sunsinger's Radiance. The upgrade allows Radiance to resurrect the player when he or she is dead. This is extremely useful in Nightfall difficulty strikes, where if your fire team wipes you are ejected from the mission.
Tips and Tricks
- This still counts as a death, so bounties that require you to not die will be failed and the enemy team still gets the score in the Crucible in spite of your self-resurrection.
- In The Crucible, you can use it to depend or achieve key objectives.
- In PvP, I love this perk and it happens to be what I use the most in the crucible. One of the reasons for this is because I went Dead Orbit so I focus mainly on melee/grenade cooldown reduction and save my special for when I get killed and see a few opponents make the mistake of turning their backs and forgetting about me. Then I pop up and kill them all. This one can be extremely valuable for defending a control point, you can run in there and go HAM on everyone, and then when you die you're able to wait a little bit when they're no longer expecting it and kill the rest and continue to capture the point.
