Chain of Woe is a perk for Gunslinger. Precision Kills, or kills from critical damage, increase the weapon's reload speed for 15 seconds. The buff stacks up to 3 times refreshing on each precision kill, even if you already have 3 stacks. Each stack gives +20 to Reload.
