- While on patrol in the Plaguelands, Kill a Hive Brood Mother, and she will drop a Splicer Intel Relay. It had instructions to head to the Breach and board the Ketch to kill a Servitor splicing the ship. Upon boarding it, a Pilot Servitor is waiting for the player. Kill the Servitor and a chest in the back corner will unlock and give you the schematic.
