Task: Kill Taken and Taken Ultras.

Step 2: Call Out Their Mightiest
Task: Defeat Court of Oryx Champions summoned with Antiquated Runes.
Quote: "Oryx and his crew need to know who's in charge. Go to the Court of Oryx, summon his Champions and put 'em down—hard!" —Amanda Holliday
Objective: Kill 2 Court of Oryx Tier 3 bosses.

Step 3: Whenever They're Found
Task: Complete quests within the allotted time.
Quote: "Clock's tickin', Guardian. Get those Taken before they call their friends." —Amanda Holliday
Objective: Complete Outbound Signal and Fear's Embrace within time limits. Players have 20 minutes for Outbound Signal and 17 for Fear's Embrace.
Rewards:
Tips: The Enemies are not very hard (few to no majors - I only recall a couple of centurions in Outbound Signal). Especially Fear's Embrace was a lot easier than the one you do for Touch of Malice - I completed it in less than 5 minutes. So have no Fear, no matter how good you are, 20 minutes seem to be ample time - but if you really hate that mission, you can still bring 2 friends along.
Step 4: Return to Amanda Holliday
Task: Complete quests within the allotted time.
Quote: Speak to Amanda Holliday in the Tower.
Objective: "That should be enough to keep the Vanguard happy, but I don't expect the Taken to stay down for long." —Amanda Holliday
