- Players can obtain Wormfeeder Rune by spawning Blahgrish, Hive Ogre, in Hull Breach of Dreadnaught with the Wormsinger Rune.
Used For
- Randomly transforms into 1 of 9 keys: Key of Akka, Key of Eir, Key of Gnashing Teeth, Key of Maggots, Key of Ur, Key of Wyrding, Key of Xol, Key of Yuul and Key of the Spawn after charging up. Each key can be charged up by killing 50 enemies without dying.
