Jump allows players to elevate themselves and reach higher places. In Destiny players will unlock Jump Abilities. Once unlocked, players can press the Jump key twice to activate the abilities. There are 3 Jump Abilities, Double Jump for Hunter, Glide for Warlock and Lift for Titan. Each abilities has 3 additional upgrades.
- To get the most out of your jump abilities, activate them at the height of your jump.
Jump Abilities

Double Jump | Hunter | Gunslinger Bladedancer Nightstalker | Jumps a second time after leaving ground. |
Glide | Warlock | Voidwalker Sunsinger Stormcaller | Jump and then press (X) or (A) again while in the air to activate Glide. |
Lift | Titan | Striker Defender Sunbreaker | Jump and then press (X) or (A) again while in the air to activate lift. |

Double Jump

Better Control | Gunslinger Bladedancer Nightstalker | Upgrades Double Jump for better directional control while in air. |
Blink (Bladedancer) | Bladedancer | A short-distance teleport that replaces Double Jump. |
Higher Jump | Gunslinger Bladedancer Nightstalker | Upgrades Double Jump for even greater heights |
Triple Jump | Gunslinger Nightstalker | Upgrades Double Jump with a third jump. |
Glide
Subclass | Description | |

Balanced Glide | Sunsinger Stormcaller | Upgrades Glide to provide bonuses to both speed and control. |
Blink (Voidwalker) | Voidwalker | A short distance teleport which replaces Glide. |
Focused Burst | Voidwalker Sunsinger Stormcaller | Upgrades Glide to provide an initial boost of speed. |
Focused Control | Voidwalker Sunsinger Stormcaller | Upgrades Glide for better directional control while in air. |
