+After a certain amount of damage has been dealt, Sepiks will encase itself in a shield that nullifies all incoming damage. The shield will be comprised of either Arc, Solar, or Void energy. When this happens, two Scorch Captains will enter the arena; both Captains will be carrying a Scorch Cannon that matches Sepiks' current shield. At least one of the Captains must be killed, its Scorch Cannon taken, and the player wielding it must land a shot on Sepiks' shield. This will break the shield and inflict moderate damage to Sepiks. This process will repeat until all three shields have been broken. Note that the final shield appears to be triggered by the passage of time rather than damage inflicted, so a fireteam that is able to produce sufficient DPS will be able to bypass the third cycle entirely.
