As the Cabal is currently at war with the Vex, the Legion's activities is central to the war effort. They can be identified by their dark grey armor with white skulls, though [[Centurion]]s have more orange and [[Colossus|Colossi]] have more white. In the base game, they're mainly found in the Mission "The Garden's Spire".
