While winners of Iron Banner matches will earn [[Iron Banner Reputation]]. The losers of the matches will gain a Medallion of Iron. Players can carry up to 5 Medallions. Each Medallion converts into 40 additional reputation points upon the player's next victory in the Iron Banner. In essence the rep from each loss is equivalent to 80% of a victory.
