- Assigned by Petra Venj in Vestian Outpost and requires the expansion House of Wolves.
Start a patrol on the Cosmodrome. Head thru the building connecting The Steppes to The Divide. A Queensbreaker Captain will be in the room with the large hole in the wall you encountered in the first story mission.
